Ridiculously fast delivery (2 days from confirmation to mailbox via USPS, including personalization!) Slightly larger than I expected, almost twice the width of a piece of chalk, but hey no one is going to set this sucker on the table upside down. Would have been AWESOME if I had a choice of chalk color, otherwise everything was perfect. Getting a new piece of chalk out (whole) is DIFFICULT as there are little "wedges" inside that hold the chalk firmly and may may cause the chalk wrapper to crinkle a bit. A hole in the back/bottom makes it easy to force out an old piece of chalk with a screwdriver/keys/knife. A hand written thank you on the receipt is truly a nice touch. You don't get that from eBay or Amazon... Thanks Karen!
